Quoting: choose the right workflow
Build itemised estimates, apply a markup and send a quote for approval. Compare templates, deposits and how an accepted quote becomes a job.
Turn an estimate into an approved job
A quote is the first place to test whether an app fits the way you work. Enter a real labour allowance, three material lines and an optional extra. Check the customer-facing document, not just the editing screen. You should be able to explain the total, the scope and what happens after acceptance.
What to test before choosing
Ask whether the cheapest plan includes templates, markups, reminders and customer approval. Send a sample to your own phone, change a material price, then turn the accepted quote into a job. Make sure you are not retyping the same lines.
