Callout fee = hourly rate × (attendance hours + travel hours) + distance costs + other direct costs + fixed surcharge.
- Travel time is charged at the entered hourly rate.
- Distance cost is per mile or kilometre according to the selected locale.
- Surcharges are entered as a fixed amount.
