These features answer different questions: who should attend, which route they should take and where they currently are. Phone tracking and installed vehicle tracking also differ. Compare the specific task you want to solve before paying for a dispatch package.
What to test before choosing
Ask whether location updates require the app to be open, which plan includes routing, and whether hardware or another subscription is required. Check the map on the dispatcher’s screen and the instructions on the engineer’s phone.
